Ola Fendert, Executive Chef / Partner:
Chef Ola Fendert got his culinary start in Stockholm Sweden, peeling potatoes and onions in a Michelin rated restaurant where he worked part time while completing his education in Business. After graduating he worked for a bank for two weeks before realizing that the wisest business decision was to do what he loved doing most: cook.
